Delta Zeta's Philanthropy is the Support of Hearing and Speech! Not only do we give back to our local community but also nationally and globally. Our global partner is Serious Fun Children's Network. Our two national partners are American Society for Deaf Children and Starkey Hearing Foundation. Finally, our local partner located right in Nacogdoches, Texas is Harvest House. A food pantry in Nacogdoches where every Wednesday of the fall & spring semester we help pack food for families to have on the weekend!

Dz's giving back!

As Delta Zeta Women, our sisters have the opportunity to serve and give back in the Nacogdoches community. Every spring we participate in MLK Day of Service and The Big Event which are days devoted to community service. Once a month, we host Trash Pick Up events on our Adopt-A-Highway as part of Keep Nacogdoches Beautiful. Our sisters also have the opportunity to serve within our philanthropy by participating in The Painted Turtle Camp, Serious Fun Children's Network Camps, and the Starkey Hearing Mission.

Our Vice President of Philanthropy plans and hosts themed events to solely raise money for Starkey Hearing Foundation and the American Society for Deaf Children. Some of our past events were The Delta Zeta Drive-in and Cheesy with DZ!
